This auction is for one (1) bed frame with mattress, sold together as a complete unit. The lot has been evaluated as being in fair condition, reflecting prior use and visible wear while remaining functional.
No rips or tears were observed in the mattress during visual inspection. Some oxidation (surface rust) is present on portions of the bedspring/frame components.

Payment
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

Removal
We are in Alaska. We urge you to research packaging and shipping costs before placing bid, as this is not a service we provide and there are no refunds.
Successful bidders are responsible for all arrangements for the removal of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. Property may be removed from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday–Friday Alaska Time, or by appointment. There is no removal availability on UA recognized holidays and closures.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
