This lot consists of one (1) wooden coffee table. The item has been marked as being in fair condition due to prior use and associated wear; however, it remains structurally sound and continues to serve its intended purpose.
Visible wear is evident on the top surface, including irregularly drilled holes and handwritten text in pink marker reading “Do Not Take The Tools.” The writing appears to be in permanent marker. Additional signs of use such as scratches and general surface wear should also be expected.
The frame and support structure appear to be constructed of solid wood, while the tabletop itself is also wood but is likely an engineered wood product. Exact material types have not been verified.

Removal
We are in Alaska. We urge you to research packaging and shipping costs before placing bid, as this is not a service we provide and there are no refunds.
Successful bidders are responsible for all arrangements for the removal of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. Property may be removed from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday–Friday Alaska Time, or by appointment. There is no removal availability on UA recognized holidays and closures.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
