This lot consists of one (1) residential-style chair. The item has been marked as being in fair condition due to prior use and associated wear; however, it remains functional and continues to serve its intended purpose.
Visible wear includes noticeable fraying and general wear to the cloth upholstery on both the seat and backrest. The backrest shows heavier wear compared to the seat. These imperfections are consistent with regular use and should be expected.
The chair features a metal frame and support system, including metal legs for stability. The seat and backrest are upholstered in cloth and padded with 100% polyurethane foam for comfort.
The unit is manufactured by Turnstone. While not confirmed, the model is believed to be TB117.

Payment
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

Removal
We are in Alaska. We urge you to research packaging and shipping costs before placing bid, as this is not a service we provide and there are no refunds.
Successful bidders are responsible for all arrangements for the removal of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. Property may be removed from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday–Friday Alaska Time, or by appointment. There is no removal availability on UA recognized holidays and closures.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
