John Deere 4WD turbo extended boom. (Has No Title). Right front tire go's down over time. Some of the right and left windows are broken, the lower back window is broken. Has worn pins and bushing. The heat and air doesn't work. The drivers seat has been ripped. Left cab will not open if closed from the outside needs new door handle. Lights don't work. When using the rear boom the front bucket may start to move or slip out of neutral sometimes, we think it could be a worn control value not for sure. There maybe unknown problems. Bidders are STRONGLY suggested to please inspect the backhoe prior to placing a bid. Bidder winner is to pay and move backhoe within 10 days. Sold as is and where it is.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
