This lot consists of one (1) wooden desk topper. The item has been marked as being in good condition due to minimal signs of use and wear; it remains structurally sound and fully functional.
Visible wear is limited and may include minor surface imperfections consistent with light prior use.
The unit is constructed of plywood and features one (1) integrated storage shelf, providing additional organization space above a desk surface.
In our warehouse, we have stacked multiple of these units and secured them together using simple brackets to create a larger shelving system. This configuration is not included but demonstrates potential alternative uses for the piece.

Payment
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Please see the contact below for any questions.
Removal
We are in Alaska. We urge you to research packaging and shipping costs before placing bid, as this is not a service we provide and there are no refunds.
Successful bidders are responsible for all arrangements for the removal of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. Property may be removed from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday–Friday Alaska Time, or by appointment. There is no removal availability on UA recognized holidays and closures.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
