This lot consists of one (1) wooden slab with attached artificial turf surface. The item has been marked as being in fair condition due to visible wear present on the turf surface while otherwise showing no known structural issues at the time of listing.
The upper surface is covered with artificial turf or astro turf material; however, the exact manufacturer, model, and material specifications are unknown. The turf shows wear consistent with prior use, which may include flattening, discoloration, fraying, or general cosmetic aging.
The underlying base structure appears to be constructed from wood, though the exact wood type has not been identified due to the surface covering.
The rear side of the unit features two attached wooden support blocks. One end of each block includes a centered cutout section. The intended purpose or application of these cutouts is unknown.
Along the front-facing perimeter, three of the four edges are raised approximately 1/4 inch due to the presence of additional wood material installed beneath the turf layer.

Payment
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

Removal
