Payment

PAYMENT

Removal

This item is located on the second floor, and due to its size and weight, the purchaser will be solely responsible for all removal and transportation. No assistance will be provided by staff. Buyers must come prepared with adequate personnel, equipment, and resources to safely move the item. The purchaser assumes all liability for any injuries or damages incurred during removal. Pickup must be scheduled 24 hours in advance, and the item must be removed on May 27 or May 28. For convenience, the seller can provide contact information for a third-party moving company familiar with the site; however, any arrangements and associated costs will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed on May 27 or May 28 and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. We will charge a storage fee if items are not picked up on May 27 or May 28.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Belton Parks and Recreation, MO makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
