This lot consists of one (1) corner workstation piece. The unit has been marked as being in fair condition due to evidence of prior use and water damage to the lowest base section. Despite this damage, the unit appears structurally sound and stable at the time of listing.
The manufacturer and model of this piece are unknown. The unit is constructed primarily of wood, although the specific wood type could not be identified. The top work surface features a protective covering or finish that appears to be laminate; however, the exact material has not been verified.
The work surface includes two (2) integrated cable management openings designed to allow wires and cables to pass through the desktop. An additional cable access opening is located on the left side of the work surface. This opening features a hinged wooden cover that may be opened when cable access is needed and closed when not in use.

Payment

Removal

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
