Only Federal Firearm Licensed (FFL) dealers will be allowed to bid on this item. You must be authorized and your FFL verified by Gov Deals before bidding.
You must provide the seller a copy of your FFL and picture identification before removing the item.
Buyer's may have other FFL dealers pick up items once payment is made and verified.
If this is the case, Seller requires a copy of buyer's and pick up dealer's FFL's and picture ID's (2 FFL's and 2 picture ID's that will be left with seller).
Pick up dealer's FFL's may be verified though the ATF website (https://www.atfonline.gov/fflezcheck/) before Seller releases gun(s).
If the website does not recognize or verify the FFL number, the guns will be held until the matter is straightened out at no cost to Seller.
These guns are seized and sold as is where is.
Guns have not been fired nor do we know if the guns are operational. No guarantees are implied or given.
The seller will not be responsible for any shipping charges or loss due to buyer's agreement with FFL pick up dealer.
THE SELLER WILL NOT SHIP GUNS TO BIDDERS FOR ANY REASON. That is handled at buyer's own risk.
No inspection is allowed. If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller prior to arriving to verify payment has cleared and for instructions on pickup and removal.

Payment

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within Five (5) Business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the Five (5) Business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Please call seller to set up time to remove firearm. This is important.
