This lot consists of one (1) wooden desk topper/storage hutch.
The unit has been rated as being in fair condition due to evidence of prior use and cosmetic wear. Observed wear includes scratches, areas of discoloration, and localized peeling of the outer plywood surface. Despite these cosmetic imperfections, the unit appears to remain structurally sound based on visual inspection.
The manufacturer and model of this desk topper are unknown. Based on its construction, the unit appears to be primarily fabricated from plywood. This observation has not been independently verified.

Payment
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

Removal
Packing and shipping services are not guaranteed for all lots. Property may be removed from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday–Friday Alaska Time, or by appointment. There is no removal availability on UA recognized holidays and closures
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
