Description

McHenry County does not mail or ship items. Pick up by appointment ONLY Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 1:30 pm, confirmed with the county 48 hours in advance of pick up. We're not open holidays. After coming to 667 Ware Road to sign the Bill of Sale, the winning bidder will be given explicit instructions to where the trailer is located for pick up, only 5 miles away.

This auction is for a 2015 Cargo Mate Enclosed Trailer w/Ramp Door. It is 8-feet wide x 20-feet long x 8-feet 6 inches high. It is white metal. It is operable, but needs repair. The rear door cable and pulley & spring need rebuilding. There is exterior equipment holes and dents, scratches. The front axle is six lug. The rear axle was replaced with an 8 lug axle. All tires are 15-inch. Shipping Dimensions are: 8 feet 6 inches x 8 feet 6 inches x 26 feet. It was used for the county's Right of Way mowing as the mowers' trailer. See pictures for more.

NOTE: items must be picked up in-person ONLY! Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. McHenry County does not mail or ship items.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. If using a 3rd-Party Agent: The Buyer must provide the 3rd Party Agent with a copy of the “Buyer’s Certificate”, which must be brought with them to the pick-up. The Buyer must also provide the Seller with authorization via email to release the asset to the Third-Party Agent and provide the name and/or company name in the email. The 3rd Party Agent must show identification upon pick-up & sign the Bill of Sales. Please note that the County of McHenry assumes no responsibility for items that are picked up by 3rd Party Agents. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. PLEASE CALL 24-48 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP!
