Removal

You are REQUIRED to provide a completed Bidder Agreement form and upload your ID using [THIS LINK] before the vehicle will be released.
If sending a representative to pick up for you, we also need the name of the representative authorized to pick up on your behalf. Email the representative’s information to cashiers@sierraauction.com. The representative will be required to sign for items and provide their ID during pick up.
Pickup Days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12-5pm Central time.
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up/removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation, and exporting, Vehicle transportation is NOT available.
All items must be picked up/removed within 5 (five) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. Additionally, storage fees of $20/day may be due for items not removed within the allotted timeframe.
Load out: Buyer is responsible for load-out, rigging, removal, and shipping. Forklift may NOT be available onsite.
Special Instructions
NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED. The Required Bidder Agreement must be completed before the title will be released. It is the buyer's responsibility to read all terms and conditions and to complete the necessary forms.
