(1) USED POLARIS 700 SIDE X SIDE. THE MOTOR AND THE TRANSMISSION BOTH HAVE MAJOR ISSUES. WILL NOT RUN. MAY BE GOOD FOR PARTS ONLY. TIRES ARE FLAT AND AXLE MAY BE BROKEN. WILL HAVE TO BE TOWED OFF SITE PLEASE NOTE: ALL BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT BEFORE PLACING A BID. FAILURE TO INSPECT WILL NOT VOID THE SALE. THE ATV IS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS AND NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE IS IMPLIED. PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR INSPECTION OR PICK UP.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m.and 4:00p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Under no circumstances will Floyd County Board of Commissioners assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.

Special Instructions

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. Buyer agrees that no monies previously paid to the seller will be refunded after Buyer removes property from the seller’s premises.
