All items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding by appointment only. Please ask any questions prior to bidding. The McCracken County Sheriff's Office makes no explicit or implied warranties or guarantees as to the functionality of any vehicle's condition or features. By placing a bid on any asset offered for sale, the bidder agrees that the McCracken County Sheriff's Office is not responsible for any physical or mechanical defect not previously noted in the asset's description or when answering additional questions about the asset. Bids should not be placed solely based on information provided by the McCracken County Sheriff's Office and its representatives.

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.



All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.


A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Any claim for an incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
