We must be given a 24-48 hour notice minimum for when you or a third-party will be picking up the item. All items will be picked up at our secure storage yard in Genoa City, WI.

NOTE: Item is sold as-is as shown with no warranty expressed or implied, buyers are responsible for ALL transportation pick up and deliveries to your location and are required to pay within allotted timelines outlined or account will be closed by .gov. Buyers must pick up item within 10 business days of auction closing NO exceptions, otherwise item will be considered abandoned and will be re-sold.

Other defects may exist and it is YOUR responsibility to verify the functional ability of each item listed. These units are not abandoned or Towed in units. Units all start and drive as they should. We strongly encourage an in person inspection. All units have clean titles and key. Units may have lights on in the dash and are sold as is. Please watch any videos if uploaded. We do not give out reserves and we do not know how many keys/fobs are with each unit. We do not do any inspections other than videos and test drives. We share all info that we know. All sales are final and units are sold as-is. Units must be picked up within 10 business days. Must make an appointment to pick up. WE DO NOT GIVE OUT RESERVES. ALL UNITS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN THE 10 day window that govdeals specifies.



We strive to give as much detail as possible. We are not diagnosing or giving mechanical advise. We will not disclose RESERVES. We do not guarantee the mileage to be correct, or the title to be clean (Unless specifically stated). Note that we only guarantee the title we have. We are not responsible for any history or reporting services or state or local issues that may result in a branding of the title. Please do your research. There are many options to check these things on the internet. HIGHLY ENCOURAGE SEEING THE UNIT IN PERSON OR SEND A THIRD PARTY FOR INSPECTION. During inspection no person will be allowed to drive units. Only crank them and put into gear. There will be no racing of engines or stalling of engines or transmissions. UNITS ARE SOLD AS-IS regardless of answered questions, emails, or phone conversations. AS-IS means AS-IS. No pay or default bidders will be blocked from purchasing on our units as well as be charged the appropriate fees through Gov Deals. We do not have the capacity or ability to help load (unless specified) any units. Any units not picked up within 10 business days will be subject to a $45.00 per day storage fee. Any bidder that fails to pay or pick up unit within the allowed time will be defaulted and banned from Gov Deals.


**REMOVAL NOTE: WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ASSIST IN LOADING HEAVY EQUIPMENT. WE DO NOT HAVE THE MACHINERY NOR THE MAN POWER TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS BY HAND. YOU MUST BRING THE EQUIPMENT OR MANPOWER TO LOAD THESE ITEMS**

There will NO wrenching, disassembling, or cutting any of these items on site.
