To inspect item prior to bidding, Bidders must contact Seller 24 hours in advance to schedule an appointment. Bidders must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description.

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. NO REMOVAL ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED! Item(s) must be picked up in person. No item(s) will be shipped.
Property may be removed by appointment only and APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE at least 24 hours in advance. All items MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. If item(s) are not removed within stated time-frame, a refund of payment will be made and item(s) will be re-auctioned.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including removal, packing, loading and transportation of the property. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. In lieu of the charge, Seller reserves the right to issue a refund of payment and item(s) will be re-auctioned.

If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED!
