Hello, My name is Carter and I should be able to help you out with your question! We don't have an official diagnosis for a specific issue; however, I did go and do an additional test of the machine, and I can confirm that the heating element inside the rollers is in working condition. It's the actual rolling mechanism that needs work. Instead of rotating the bars, it just makes a rhythmic clicking sound. Which means it could be something as simple as a gear/part needing to be replaced. When it was still in operation at our snack bar this past year, we were able to continue using the roller by rotating items with tongs until our replacement machine arrived.
