Description

Metro North is auctioning one (1) Delmonox Air Purifier System. Thess units are retired and described as retired and condition is unknown. Unit was not used for several years.

All Bidders are required to inspect and validate the items condition and functionality prior to bidding. Repairs or dismantling are not permitted on the property. The units are sold "AS IS WHERE IS", and Metro North offers no guarantee or warranty. Unit may contain Batteries, fuel and/or oils.

Pick up times are Monday thru THURSDAY 8:00am to 2:00pm. Twenty Four (24) hours notice is required to schedule a pick up. Copy of bill of sale and valid ID required at pickup. If sending a logistic carrier to pick up, an email with name and contact information is required to release the asset.

All Bidders are required to inspect and validate the items condition and functionality prior to bidding!!!!!.

Payment is required in 5 business days after final approval. Removal within 10 business days or if given an extension after that the storage fees apply. If NOT removed in 30 days the asset may be considered abandoned, and no credits/refunds will be issued.

All sales subject to final approval and can be rejected if deemed best for MNR.

Inspection

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
