Removal
NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED! Due to COVID-19, our staff is working on a rotating schedule and we may not be in the office when you come to pick up your purchase if you do not have an appointment. PLEASE CALL AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP! If you do not have an appointment, you may not be able to pick up your item. BUYER MUST PROVIDE any necessary items for removal of purchase up to and including extra help to carry, load, disassemble, etc; and also any tools needed (i.e. screwdriver, wrench, two-wheeled cart, straps, etc.) as we do not have these items available. ALL SALES BECOME FINAL UPON REMOVAL OF THE ITEM(S) FROM THE SELLER'S PROPERTY. Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Removal assistance cannot be provided and item(s) must be picked up in person.
