If the successful bidder is a member of the public (non-dealer) located in Texas, the buyer is responsible for payment of all applicable Texas motor vehicle sales taxes, title fees, registration fees, and any additional charges required by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) or local County Tax Assessor-Collector’s office.
