Removal

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). Once you have paid for the vehicle, I will need a copy of your driver’s license, insurance, and your tag, if you have one to transfer. The tag and taxes must be paid at pickup. I will send you an invoice with the amount after I submit the information to the State of Florida. You can pay online, by cash, or money order.

OUT OF STATE BUYERS

If you have a transporter pickup, please signify the person/company removing the vehicle on your behalf.
If you are picking up the vehicle, will you need a temporary tag to drive it back? If so, I will also need a copy of the insurance for the State of Florida.

You are no required to register it. We will sign the title over do your Dealership. I will need a copy of your dealers license and if you are picking up the vehicle.
