Description

John Deere 772A motor grader showing 3,969 hours. This unit has been used in a municipal setting and is equipped with an enclosed cab, front blade, and standard grading moldboard. Unit was used at a ski resort and has sat for years not being used

The engine will be running at time of pickup. Tires will be aired up and ready to go. Machine appears complete and operational, with typical wear consistent with age and use.

Cab interior shows wear, including a torn operator seat. Controls, levers, and gauges are present. Exterior shows cosmetic wear including scratches, surface rust, and paint fading. Cutting edges and blade components show wear from use. Overall, this is a solid older grader with good bones.

ROPS plate indicates Deere & Company manufacture. See photos for additional details on condition.

This item is sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees expressed or implied. Inspection is encouraged prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for all loading, transport, and removal. Seller does not provide loading assistance.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
