The car will need a battery. It can be jumped and runs smoothly but the battery is bad and is not capable of keeping the idle. It shuts off after a few seconds and starts immediately when jumped again.

Property is not released outside of these hours or shipped regardless of circumstance.
Items will only be released to the person listed on the buyer's certificate.

Yes, it was running at the time that it was seized. We also started it occasionally during the time that it has been held. It has always ran well until the battery completely died. 03/24/2026 09:11:19 AM

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
