The City of Sidney makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind as to the merchantability, workmanship or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Bidders may inspect the items prior to bidding. Contact Jenny Wagner at 937-498-8116 to arrange an inspection. Payment in full is due within 5 business days of close of auction. Acceptable forms of payment are U.S. currency, cashier's check, or money order. Checks should be made payable to City of Sidney. All items must be removed within 10 business days following close of auction.
