Removal

ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

REMOVAL DEADLINE
  • All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
  • Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
DOCUMENTS & THIRD-PARTY AGENTS
  • Person (Buyer or Agent) removing asset must provide a copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal.
  • The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.
  • Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent to pick up their item(s).
  • ** If using a 3rd-Party Agent, Buyer must provide Agent with a copy of the Buyer's Certificate and include a signed authorization to release Buyer's items to the Agent.
  • The Buyer (or his Agent) will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary to remove the item, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
  • No Assistance will be provided.

Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.
