This is a lot of outdoor concrete patio tables and bench seats. There are three (3) tables approximately 42" Wide and 30" Tall - one of the tables has a busted/cracked base (shown in pics). There are nine (9) bench seats 51" Wide for the longest points and 18" Tall. Age is unknown and recommend an inspection prior to bidding and or purchasing.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL STOKES COUNTY SCHOOLS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKING, LOADING OR SHIPPING. BUYER SHALL MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS AND PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY INCLUDING PACKING, LOADING, NEEDED PERMITS AND REMOVAL OF ANY AND ALL ITEMS AWARDED TO THEM. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE ALL ITEMS. BUYER WILL BE RESPOSABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO SCHOOL FACILITIES WHILE REMOVING AWARDED ITEMS.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
