Description

The City is offering for sale a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport Utility 4-Door equipped with a 3.7L V6 DOHC 24V engine.

This vehicle was previously used as a police vehicle and is being sold as-is, where-is.

Known Condition:

  • Vehicle starts, runs, and drives.
  • Vehicle has unknown transmission issues. The exact nature and extent of the transmission problem have not been diagnosed.
  • Due to its former use as a police vehicle, the vehicle may have holes, mounting locations, wiring, or other modifications from previously installed emergency and police equipment.
  • Normal wear and tear should be expected based on the vehicle's age and prior service.

Prospective buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding or purchasing. No guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied regarding the vehicle's mechanical condition or future reliability.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
