This truck was taken out of service because the floor board is rusted thru. It ran when it was parked in 2022, but has not been started since. I'm sure the fuel is not the best anymore, but it would have made a 100 mile trip when it was parked. 12/11/2025 09:17:11 AM

Just a FYI, there is no Emission exemption for Sold As Is in Colorado. Colorado Revised Statute 42-4-310 (1)(a)(I) Subject to subsection (4) of this section, a motor vehicle that is required to be registered in the program area shall not be SOLD, registered for the first time without a certification of emissions compliance. At the time of sale the seller is required to provide the buyer with a passing emissions test that has not been used previously to register a vehicle or renew a vehicle registration. Colorado dealers are required to provide a passing emissions test or a voucher good for one emissions test at the time of sale. No, there will not be an emissions test performed as I have recently found out that the transmission and transfer case for this unit is in the back of the pickup(not driveable). Sorry for any misinformation. I have reported this to our procurement team. 12/17/2025 10:35:40 AM

Hello, At this time I am the high bidder. With all the issues being disclosed, the vehicle would make a 100 mile trip when it was parked to not being emissions compliant and the transmission and transfer case are in the back of the truck, the initial add is very misinforming, this vehicle should of been listed as a tow-away, I would like to retract my bids. It is my opinion that this add should be canceled and re listed. Govdeals are unable to retract my bid.
