Vehicle is intact, but no attempt to run it has been made.
It was towed from its source location in Marin County to our office location to sell.
No service records for the vehicle were found.
We have three keys for the vehicle: one ignition key and two additional keys presumed to fit other locks on the vehicle.
Title for this vehicle is clear, but not in our possession. We will complete a bill of sale, application for lost title, and statement of facts. We will provide Court documents.
Registration expired in 02/2025. California DMV fees were estimated at $378 by way of their online tool and this amount was considered in pricing.

Removal
Buyer must call at least 36 hours in advance to schedule pickup.
Seller will grant access to the vehicle holding yard only. Seller is not responsible for labor or equipment to complete removal. ( i.e. jumper box, cables, spare tires, air for tires, tow truck, etc.) Buyer is encouraged to contact Seller prior to pick up to determine what additional measures may be necessary for removal.
NOTE: If the winning Buyer will not be picking up the vehicle themselves and elect to have a Buyer’s Agent
collect the vehicle on their behalf, our office requires the Buyer to complete
and sign a legible
“Authorization of Release Form”
to be provided by the Buyer’s Agent at time of pick up. Failure to complete this form will result in the asset not
being release to the Buyer’s Agent.
VEHICLES/VESSELS: The Buyer will make all arrangements for the loading and transportation of the vehicle. No Assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $71.00 per day may be charged for any Vehicle/Vessel not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. The first 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate will not be charged a storage fee. If the Vehicle/Vessel is not picked up within 30 days from the date stated on the Buyer’s Certificate, the sale is subject to cancellation.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Marin County Public Administrator, CA makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
