Used John Deere 5310 tractor. READ ISSUES LIST BELOW THOROUGHLY BEFORE BIDDING - NOT RUNNING. WILL NEED REMOVED BY TOW TRUCK/TRAILER WITH WINCH.

ISSUES:
This tractor is not in running condition. It has set outside unused for at least 5 years. Battery is dead and electronics/mechanicals do not respond when attempting to jump. As such, the digital hour meter cannot be read so machine hours are unknown. A hydraulic hose is missing from one loader tilt cylinder which has been exposed to the elements which has likely introduced water/debris to the hydraulic system. Existing hydraulic hoses show dry rot cracks/wear. The upper portion of the seat cushion has separated from the frame. Surface rust, dents, missing paint present consistent with age and storage. History of any existing mechanical/electrical/hydraulic issues is unavailable. There is not any water in the engine oil. Will need removed by tow truck/trailer with winch. Loading assistance not available for this item, but it will be pulled out in a position convenient for winching onto transportation method.

Removal
REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
