ISSUES:
Unit is not in operating condition. It was parked in Sept 2025 due an overheating issue with the engine. The UTV did start, run, and drive when parked. The negative battery terminal is cracked and as such cannot be fully tightened. It does not start even with a jump. The plow controls are inoperable (issue unknown). When parked the brake/turn signal lights would intermittently not work when activated. The hours displayed on the hour meter are not accurate - in 2015 the ignition was replaced and after that replacement the hour meter froze. Current operating hours are unknown. The electric bed hoist has been disconnected from the bed to allow access to the engine bay since the UTV does not have power given the battery terminal issue (pin to reattach is in the cab). Linkage for nitrogen cylinder preventing driver side door from opening to far is disconnected to frame. The tailgate latches are loose causing the tailgate to frequently fall open. The parking brake does not hold.
Item is sold in used condition, as-is where-is. It may contain defects not immediately detectable. In person inspection available by appointment only by contacting andrew.tarter@metroparks.org.
