Description

Black and White 2011 Ford Crown Victoria SEDAN 4-DR, 4.6L V8 SOHC 16V FFV previously used by the Town of Lockport. This gas-powered vehicle starts with a boost but needs suspension work. The Crown Vic was maintained every 5,000 miles; however, maintenance records are unavailable. The Crown Vic is 2-wheel drive which is reported to be in fair condition. The engine is in unknown condition, and the automatic transmission is reported to be operable. There is no cracked glass on the windows, and the tire condition is reported to be fair. There are minor dents, scratches, and dings on the vehicle's exterior. The exterior equipment has been removed, leaving no holes. The interior of this vehicle is gray cloth and vinyl. This Ford Crown Vic has a stock AM/FM radio, and the air conditioner is reported to blow cold air. The vehicle has cruise control, tilt steering, and remote mirrors. It is equipped with power steering, windows, and door locks.

The cage and emergency lights will be removed unless purchased by a member of a police/fire agency.

Removal

Pickup will not occur until payment has been made. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No property will be removed unless an appointment is made. Please, do not cause a representative to commence travel to pick up unless an appointment has already been scheduled. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided unless stated or arrangements have been made in writing. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Paid funds will not be returned due to the inability of a bidder to pick up a purchased item.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
