SIR ... on S&H-Pick Up .. . i see the unit is not on a pallet ~ when pick up is made on your site ~ do you require/request the freight company to bring a pallet plus pallet jack &/or Have equipped with a Tommy-lift/lift gate as needed for removal "if" a loading dock is not available on your site ~ i see its a school dist location & do not expect you have a loading dock/forklift available for freight carriers loading & unloading etc ... We can place the item on a pallet. We have forklifts and pallet jacks at our location. We have a loading dock. The carrier may need a pallet jack to move the pallet around on his truck once it is loaded. 02/27/2026 11:24:52 AM

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
