- The address on file with GovDeals will be used as a shipping address without exception . It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the address in their GovDeals account is accurate and up to date prior to submitting payment. No address changes will be accepted after payment is made.


- Combined shipping is not available, as each lot is processed and shipped individually to ensure proper handling and accurate tracking.


- Buyer-provided shipping labels are not accepted, and customer-arranged freight is not permitted. All shipping is handled exclusively by the seller due to prior issues with third-party arrangements.

Payment

- All winning lots must be paid in full within five (5) days of the auction’s closing date, and must be picked up or have shipping arranged within ten (10) days of the auction’s closing date. These requirements will be strictly enforced.

- If payment is not received by day six (6) following the auction’s closing date, the lot(s) will be canceled, and the bidder’s account will be defaulted.

- If the lot(s) are not picked up or shipping is not arranged by day eleven (11) following the auction’s closing date, the lot(s) will be considered ABANDONED and will be re-auctioned without exception, with no refunds issued.

Removal

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

If you can't pay for it in 5 (five) business days or pick it up in 10 (ten) business days from auction closure - PLEASE DON"T BID.

If a bidder has not paid by day 6 from Auction ending date, lot(s) will be canceled and the bidder will be blocked from future auctions.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Depending on your transaction history with GovDeals, you may be required to process payment via wire transfer for any invoice of $1,000 or more, or for amounts of $5,000 and above.
