Q and A
What is the cost to install and remove the bubble each year?
At our facility, it is manpower labor per hour which requires approximately 15-20 personnel
What are the operational or overhead costs?
There is a consistent electrical operating cost to maintain inflation of the Dome.
Operational cost varies throughout the year but is more expensive during the colder months due to gas usage to heat and operate the bubble.
Do you utilize heaters in the bubble?
Our Dome uses a natural gas heater in order to heat the air inside of the Dome
Is there any other information that would be helpful?
It is very important to have a slated area in which the Dome will be installed and this area perks correctly. Meaning that the area does not readily flood but accepts rainwater to prevent flooding which could destabilize the concrete structure in which the Dome is mounted.
Additional Information:
There are no rips or tears in the dome. It does have stains from wear and use.
The dome is scheduled to be taken down between May 5th and May 13th, 2026 by our team. The winning buyer will be responsible for removing and loading the dome onto their transport vehicle. The winning buyer should bring additional manpower and some type of lifting machine such as a forklift to load the dome onto the transport.
The entry doors shown in photograph # 16 are being sold with the dome, but the green awning is not included in the sale.
The interior lighting will be sold with the dome.
We recommend the Dome be installed near a bathhouse for patronage sanitary usage and showers.
There needs to be a concrete slab poured in place for the blower pack to be mounted on top. The blower pack is 19 feet long X 7 feet wide X 102.5 inches high. (This does not include the vent stack shown in the photos).
We have the installation and user manual and it will be provided to the winning buyer.
The dollies shown in photos # 33 and # 34 are not part of the sale, but they can be used by the winning buyer to assist with moving the dome to their transport vehicle. None of the items pictured on top of the dollies are part of the sale.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Most items are removed within 10 business days from the close of the auction. Due to the size of this item, an extended pick up date can be arranged upon request. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
