2006 John Deere 1445 front mower in used condition with 2137 hours. Runs, starts, drives without any known mechanical issues. Comes with 62" finish mow deck, blower, plow, snow plow, and broom attachments. All attachments except broom are in functional condition. Additional details below.

Curtis soft sided cab with metal roof - removeable metal-frame doors with vinyl covering that latch, soft rear vinyl secured to cab frame with velcro, tiltable glass upper windshield with functional wiper (blade needs replaced), removable poly lower windshield, functional in-cab heater from coolant with fan, 12V electrical connection with functional amber warning light mounted on roof (refractor missing). Gaskets sealing windshield in place are falling out, lower metal pieces of door frames are rusted, cab frame welded to repair in multiple places.
