Has 1 key, which was used during inspection of vehicle. A third party, like a private transport company, may pick the vehicle up at the tow yard, on behalf of the buyer, after making an appointment with the impound yard 24 hrs in advance. Prior to any arrangement for removal and within the specified time according to the auction instructions, the buyer shall appear in person at the Police Department for paperwork with the Twp Clerks Office that requires signatures of the buyer for Hold Harmless, Title and Bill of Sale. 07/22/2026 09:57:38 AM

if you are the winner of the auction, payment is made, documents (Bill of Sale, Hold Harmless and Title signature) the buyer needs to contact the impound yard to schedule pickup of the asset. Buyer's license must match that of actual buyer's information on bill of sale. Forms buyer needs to complete in person are Bill of Sale, Hold Harmless and sign Title as the buyer. The seller will notify the impound yard of sale completion. NO other fees, except what you pay here online for the auction and when you take the signed title to your motor vehicle agency to receive a new title, like you would on any personal purchased vehicle. Buyer does not pay any garage fees. 08/03/2026 13:00:21 PM

Removal
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
