Q & A
What happened ?? 4 hours to go !! I'm winnin !! and NOW IT SAYS 7 DAYS !! FRAUD !!? 06/08/2026 18:04:34 PM
We discovered a major discrepancy in the description of the vehicle. If you look, we added: "Radiator damage; No engine coolant." to the description. 06/08/2026 18:09:32 PM
Again, I call FOUL!! I was the winning bidder and NOW IT IS A NEW LISTING !! What gives? Desc. is the same.. I'm haviing doubts about bidiing on your auctions anymore. And I bid a LOT ! 06/08/2026 18:10:42 PM
If you look, we added: "Radiator damage; No engine coolant" (and also "tow away") to the description. These are major attributes/deficiencies we observed at original auction prep, but found were omitted from listing in error. We stand by our decision to relist and restart the process level and fair for all bidders. 06/09/2026 10:10:39 AM
The pictures weren't clear enough? I wouldn't say that is a major discrepancy. Its as clear as day it has radiator damage. Will this get pulled and relisted again once you find more damage? 06/09/2026 09:15:39 AM
Yes, the pictures are good ~ but intention is to do better. We added: "Radiator damage; No engine coolant" and also "tow away" to the description. These are (in our experience with online vehicle auctions) major attributes/deficiencies observed at original 4/27/2026 auction prep, but discovered on 6/8/2026 they had been omitted from listing in error. While a rare occurrence, the Surplus Property program reserves the right to withdraw any property or cancel any auction, regardless of whether said auction is still active or ended, if a legitimate need arises for reuse by a qualified public agency, or if something happens that causes the property description to change significantly. If this occurs, a prospective bidder will have no right or recourse with the Oregon Surplus Property program or any of its agents. We stand by our decision to relist and restart the process level and fair for all bidders. 06/09/2026 16:20:23 PM
