SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: GlobalTek offers shipping services solely at the buyer's expense. Shipping is not included in the auction price. ( 1 ). Shipping Options: Buyers may choose to have GlobalTek arrange shipping via our preferred carriers (costs to be invoiced to the buyer) or provide a pre-paid shipping label. If providing a label, the buyer must also coordinate a scheduled pickup time with our warehouse staff. ( 2 ). Handling & Packaging Fees: A nominal handling and palletizing fee may apply depending on the size and fragility of the lot. Please contact GlobalTek prior to bidding for a quote if packaging requirements are extensive. ( 3 ). Liability Waiver: GlobalTek assumes zero liability for items once they have been collected by the carrier or the buyer's agent. All items are sold "As-ls, Where-Is." GlobalTek shall not be held responsible for any damages, loss, or delays occurring during transit. ( 4 ). Insurance: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to request and pay for shipping insurance. GlobalTek will not be held financially burdened for any claims resulting from carrier negligence. ( 5 ). Administrative Compliance: By bidding, the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold GlobalTek harmless from any financial claims, chargebacks, or litigation arising from the shipping process. All shipping arrangements must be finalized within 10 business days of auction close.
