✳️✳️ These came directly from the school and were NOT tested by our department. The techs normal surplus procedures are to wipe or remove the hard drives, but we did not check these. You may inspect with appointment. Currently stored loose in milk crates, but MILK CRATES ARE NOT INCLUDED, additional charges will apply for boxes (see below).
⭐ Buyer arranged shipping will be accepted (see below for materials/handling fees by Seller), but the Buyer will be responsible for selecting their own carrier, negotiate rates, shipping terms, and will remit payment directly to the carrier/shipper of their choice. At NO time will the Seller be liable for any shipping fees. Buyer will provide their own shipping insurance and will NOT hold the Seller liable for any damage incurred during shipping.
⭐ The Seller will shrink wrap the pallet and apply the prepaid label to the outside of the pallet/box. Every effort will be made to package the items in a safe and secure manner, but the Seller is NOT liable for damages incurred during shipping.
⭐ A 'Prepaid Label Shipping Waiver for Assets Won on GovDeals' MUST be completed and returned to the Seller prior to pick up. If this is not completed, the Seller will NOT release the items.
⭐ IF the Buyer arranges their own shipping, there will be a materials/handling FEE of $50.00 PER PALLET or LOT. Additional fees will be applied if boxes are requested ... $5.00 per box and $50.00 per Gaylord.
* Items must be removed within 10 days from auction end (or your account could be locked).

Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property.
