Eligibility & Application Process Eligible organizations include: • Public schools • Public libraries • Educational institutions • Nonprofit organizations serving individuals with disabilities, seniors, or low-income communities To apply, eligible organizations must submit a completed DCAS Surplus Equipment Donation Application within 14 calendar days of this posting. The plan must demonstrate intended beneficial use in alignment with public service goals.

Important Notes • Donations are at no cost, but recipients are responsible for pickup, handling and transportation. • Equipment will be donated based on evaluation criteria contingent upon the information provide in the online submission. • If multiple applications are received, public schools and libraries are given top priority.
