Payment
Payment in full is due no later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory), or a School PO. Checks shall be made payable to: Woodbury City Board of Education
Removal
You need to physically come to our building and pick these items up, they will not be boxed or palletized for pick up - they are as is where is. If you can not physically come to our building please do not bid on these items. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 5 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
