You need to physically come to our building and pick these items up, they will not be boxed or palletized for pick up - they are as is where is. If you can not physically come to our building please do not bid on these items.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.


The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided, they are located on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator), a cart is recommended. Items must be removed promptly and efficiently. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 5 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Woodbury Board of Education, NJ (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Not responsible for typographical errors.
