Pickup and payment of the item(s) is expected in the normal time frame unless otherwise noted in the posting, but pickups MUST be done by appointment, and very limited loading assistance is available. Appointment times will vary from 30 minutes, depending on the size of the lot and the number of lots to be picked up. We offer 30-minute appointment times Monday through Friday from 8-11 and 12:30-3:30. All pickups must be done in a single appointment. Buyer agrees to follow any and all State/ Local /Federal exportation laws. If the seller has any reason to believe that these are not being followed, the sale may be terminated.

SALES TAX

Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Purchases must be removed by person listed on buyers certificate unless proper documentation has been completed to release to another individual. Email asset contact to receive proper documentation for 3rd party removals.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' University of Kentucky - Athletics, KY makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
