This motorcycle is being sold AS-IS by the Cannon County Sheriff’s Office in Woodbury, Tennessee, following its seizure in a drug case. While the engine was running at the time of seizure and the motor currently turns freely without being locked up, the vehicle has been exposed to the elements in an impound yard for an extended period. Because of its condition and unknown mechanical reliability, the buyer is required to bring a trailer for transport. Potential bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the motorcycle in person before committing. To schedule an appointment, you can contact Cpl. Fauls at 615-563-1000 during their viewing hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

If vehicle is described as needing work or not running we do not allow vehicles to be worked on here at the impound site. Removal is required by trailer. If the vehicle is driveable you must have a full coverage insurance policy and removal is required upon arrival. It is your responsibility to ensure titling in your county/state.

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days.
