Auction is for a 2000 year Playworld Systems Playmakers Series playground located next to the Auburn Hills Community Center at 3350 E. Seyburn Road in Auburn Hills, MI 48326. Playground is currently installed and in-service. Sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty or guarantees as to its condition or performance. Buyer is responsible for disassembly and removal. Buyer must remove all elements completely from the site on a mutually agreed timetable. All removals must be completed before May 9, 2026. Buyer must provide proof of workers compensation insurance, liability insurance, and sign a hold harmless/waiver to the satisfaction of the City before work can be performed on city property. Once buyer begins work to remove the items, work must conclude within 10 business days. No appointments are necessary to view the playground equipment. Playground is open daily from 7am until dusk. Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
