Lot 114 - Pallet 72 - 524ea Acer - Spin 11 (R751T) With Stylist - No power cord.
1. All items are As Is.
2. All Chromebooks or laptops have been wiped if applicable.
3. All are in fair working order - may have minor scratches
4. No Power cords unless specified
5. All Chromebooks or laptops may or may not be boxed. See pictures of pallet - Not wrapped for long haul delivery
6. Payment is needed within 5 days of winning the auction. You need to pick up within 5 days of payment unless you make different arrangements.
7. You need to make arrangements for pick up within the 5 days of payment. Preferably after the auction ends.
8. You need to fill out and send the release authorization form if someone other than you picks the item up otherwise the items will not be released, you are responsible for incurred extra cost. Long Haul Pick up needs to be discussed at the time of making the pick up arrangements.

9. You will need to prepare them for shipping, We do not help in any way with this. Please do not ask. Items are palletized with some shrink wrap. NOT ENOUGTH FOR LONG HAUL.
10. There is no help or equipment to use. Pallets are put on the dock for you or whoever picks them up. You will need to bring your own equipment.
8. Monday thru Friday Pick up only days. Pick up time is between 8AM and 2:30 PM. There is no assistance for pick up after this time.
9. You must show ID when picking up an item. Please notify the person that you have picking the items up they need identification. Trucking Companies are exempt - There should be a Bill of Lading.

If you are seeking sales tax removal, you must complete Liquidity Services' tax exemption form(s). This must be completed before making payment. Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (5) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
