Description

1994 Seagrave TDA. Unit was removed from service due to there being an issue with the torque converter staying locked up or the aerial PTO staying engaged even with the switch off. Which would then lug the engine down to the point of stalling when put in gear. The truck would not be able to be moved unit the unit was shut down for several minutes and then it would move as it should.

Vehicle Starts and runs. Has some rust on the unit.
