Up for auction is a pallet of approximately 338 Dell Wyse desktop computers. Hard drives have been wiped or removed. Some parts may be missing.

See the pictures for more details. Personal inspection of the lot is highly recommended. Verification of all details are entirely the responsibility of the bidder during an in person inspection. Failure to inspect the lot is not grounds to void responsibility. See options for removal below as options not listed are NOT ALLOWED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Sold "as-is", where is. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale.

Inspection

Condition varies on merchandise we sell. Some assets may not be thoroughly evaluated and some may contain defects which are unknown and undisclosed. Items sold "as is" and responsibility is entirely on interested parties to self-inspect the auctions prior to bidding. Auctions only includes the item as described and any other machine/equipment seen on pictures in the surroundings are not part of the listed auction. All sales are final upon removal of the asset.

Customers can and should inspect the property but only by appointment. All appointments should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Monday thru Thursday). All concerns regarding Payment should be directed to Govdeals.com customer service with the exception of shipping or other services such as freight preparation and auction combination.

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due before asset removal which is required within 10 (ten) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

If you are seeking sales tax removal, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). This must be completed before making payment. Removal

PICK UP DEADLINE BY 3:00 PM

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the date of the Buyer's Certificate.

Buyers can pick up the property ONLY BY APPOINTMENT. All pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Monday thru Friday). Please call 360-870-3289 or Surpluseast@des.wa.gov to schedule an appointment.

A signed Bill of Sale will be required from the buyer prior to the pickup of any asset. Photo ID is required at time of pick up.

A daily storage fee of $6.00 per pallet will be charged after deadline.

REMOVAL OPTIONS

PICK UP BY AUTHORIZED PERSON ONLY

Asset will be released only to the buyer - in person. We have forklifts and personnel onsite to assist with load out if needed, as our safety policies permit.

Buyer may also have someone else pick up this item on their behalf. Individual is required to be specifically named. An Authorization of Release must be signed by the buyer and emailed to SurplusCashier@des.wa.gov prior to pick up.

Option 3: Freight Pick Up with Full Freight Prep

Buyer may have a freight company pick up this item. State of Washington Surplus Operations will prepare this item for shipping for a $65 plus tax per pallet preparation fee. Preparation consists of covering item in shrink wrap and banding to the pallet. Buyer will be responsible for making shipping arrangements and prepaying freight cost with a freight carrier prior to shipping. A Bill of Lading, which must reference the Asset ID number, shall be emailed to SurplusCashier@des.wa.gov Items will be available for freight pickup 2 (two) business days after receipt of Bill of Lading.

This option requires you to call Surplus Cashier at 360-407-2271 to pay the $65 plus tax per pallet Freight Prep fee. The Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal.

GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from Buyer’s use of the third party freight carrier/ shipper.

If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers TERMS AND CONDITIONS, as well as those specified in this listing, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED. This specifically includes: Please note upon removal of the property, all sales are final. At time of signing the bill of sale, buyer is affirming: Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. As a courtesy: In lieu of default, seller may consider cancelling sale of an asset upon mutually agreed terms with the buyer at a cost of 10% of the previous bid amount, as long as the asset has not been removed from premises.
