PURCHASED NEW IN 2006. PLOTTER FUNCTIONED WHEN STORED. UPGRADED TO NEWER PLOTTER/SCANNER. PLOTTER HAS BEEN SITTING FOR SEVERAL YEARS. POWERED UP BUT HAS WARNING (05:10) ON SCREEN. HAVE NOT TRIED TO REPAIR OR TROUBLESHOOT.

Inspection

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays. Payment

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 working days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Winston County Commission assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
